Refund & Cancellation Policy
We would rather refund you than argue with you. This page sets out exactly when you get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
The short version: cancel yourself in one click at any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. If the Software could not do what you paid for, ask and we refund you. EU and UK customers additionally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
1.Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, no notice period, and no need to contact anyone. Your subscription renews automatically every month and charges recur until you cancel.
Cancel here, yourself, online: polar.sh/suno-cover-bot/portal
Sign in with the email address you used to subscribe. From that portal you can cancel, change your card, switch plan, and download your invoices. The same link is in every receipt and renewal email you receive.
Prefer not to? Email support@sunocoverbot.com or message the bot in Telegram, and we will cancel it for you.
When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- No further payments are taken.
- You can reverse the cancellation from the same portal any time before the period ends.
- Cancelling by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period — see the sections below for when a refund does apply.
2.14-day right of withdrawal (EU / UK)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a full refund, without giving a reason.
Where you asked us to begin supplying the Software immediately during that period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what you used before withdrawing. In practice, for a subscription of this size, we normally refund in full.
3.When we refund outside the withdrawal period
We issue a refund, on request, in each of these situations:
- The Software did not work for you. Processing failed repeatedly and we could not resolve it.
- You were charged after cancelling. Refunded in full, always.
- Duplicate or accidental charge. Refunded in full.
- You bought the wrong plan. Tell us within 14 days and we will refund the difference or the whole amount.
- We discontinue the Software, or cannot provide it for a period you have paid for. Any unused prepaid period is refunded pro rata, without you having to ask.
Polar's own refund window
Separately from this policy, Polar Software, Inc. — the merchant of record that sold you the subscription — may grant a refund in its own discretion where you request one within 30 days of your most recent renewal (or within 10 days of a one-off purchase), having reviewed the reason given. It may also refund where a transaction appears mistaken or fraudulent, or where the law, the card networks, or its payment processor require it. Nothing in this policy limits that.
4.When we may decline
We may decline a refund where:
- The subscription period has been substantially used and the Software worked as described.
- The account was terminated for breach of our Terms of Service — in particular submitting material you did not hold the rights to.
- The request concerns a billing period that ended more than 60 days ago.
- The request follows repeated refunds on the same account, which we treat as abuse.
A third-party platform changing its own behaviour is not a reason for us to decline. If the Software stops delivering what you paid for, you get your money back. Declining a refund never removes your statutory rights, and never removes your right to dispute the charge with your card issuer.
5.How to request a refund
- Email support@sunocoverbot.com from the address on your receipt, or message the bot in Telegram.
- Include the order or receipt ID from your Polar confirmation email.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong. A sentence is enough — we do not require a justification for a withdrawal-period request.
We acknowledge within two business days and decide within five business days.
You can also raise it directly with Polar, the merchant of record, at support@polar.sh. Polar handles first-line billing support — payments, invoices, refunds, cancellations and disputes — while questions about the Software itself come to us.
6.How the money reaches you
Approved refunds are issued by Polar Software, Inc., our authorised reseller and merchant of record, back to the original payment method, through its payment processor Stripe. We do not take payment from you directly and cannot pay a refund to you directly. Bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. A refund cannot be sent to a different payment method than the one used for the purchase.
7.Chargebacks and disputes
You keep every chargeback right your card issuer gives you. Nothing in this policy limits them, and we will not penalise you for exercising them.
That said, if something has gone wrong, please contact us or Polar first. It is almost always faster than a chargeback, and we will not argue with a legitimate request. If a dispute is raised, Polar may present evidence to your card issuer in accordance with card network rules, and we ask that you share accurate information in good faith so it can be resolved properly.
If you do not recognise a charge: it is taken by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, so your statement may read Polar, Suno CoverBot, or the two together rather than the exact name used on this site. Your emailed Polar receipt always names the plan. Please check for either before disputing, and get in touch either way — we will identify the charge for you the same day.
8.Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. Where local law grants you more than this policy does, local law applies.
